Information about someone other than you
Two parts of the officiate form ask about other people — a parent or guardian's details, and former assignors you list. Both are optional in practice: share only what you're comfortable sharing, and only when the person would expect to hear from us. We use those details to follow up about your application and for nothing else, and we don't contact anyone you list for any other reason.
How we use it
To read what you sent and get back to you. That's it. We don't sell or share your information, and we don't send marketing email.
Where it goes
Your submission is emailed to us and kept in our own scheduling system so it isn't lost in an inbox. It isn't published anywhere on this site. If you'd like us to delete what you sent, just ask.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to see which pages are visited. It doesn't identify you personally.
